and has also created & formulated some of the most unique and easy to use

instead of being called a distinguished author, as would normally be fitting under the circumstances,
he is generally referred to as a business architect & development specialist,
in view of the knowledge he acquired through his broad range of
business & financial and marketing & sales experience involving nearly every field & industry
and because of the wide scope of expertise he developed as a result of direct hands on business management
and his overall business development activities over the past three and a half decades...

Mr. Lance G. Petri began his business and professional career in the late 1960's and his achievements to date have definitely reached somewhat awesome proportions. After spending a considerable number of years directly in the trenches in a variety of businesses, Mr. Petri's many talents and endeavors in business lead him to become a business management consultant and a business development specialist.

During the past three and a half decades, Mr. Petri has owned and operated businesses engaged in Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing, Fast Foods & Restaurants, Real Estate & Land Development, Specialty Products and Internet Publishing, as well as in a variety of business Services, including Business & Financial Consulting, Marketing & Sales, and Promotions & Advertising, among others... As the CEO of a business development and business brokerage firm during the late 1970's through the late 1980's, Mr. Petri has also personally put together & handled more than two hundred business acquisitions & dispositions and has also developed and built over sixty turnkey business locations... He has managed sales forces from of 2 to 3 man sales teams to over 125 sales rep divisions and associate networks of up to 500 independents... He has also coordinated staff efforts through the years in advising literally thousands of people in their business opportunity pursuits and has created uniquely "original" concepts in connection with all aspects of business operations, marketing & sales force build-ups, and asset development & investments. Since the late 1980's, Mr. Petri's business activities and professional career have been combined under a unique multi-faceted business umbrella, engaged in the development & operations of a variety of business divisions and in overall business and financial growth development & management consulting services, assisting small business Owners and CEO's of major corporations to attain greater "Success Infused Result Levels" in their business pursuits, as well as in the formularization & development of productivity enhancement "tools & materials" also needed by businesses of all sizes in all fields & industries for operational systematization and overall business growth development. As the Managing Director of the organization and Chief Executive Consultant of its service division, Mr. Petri intends to continue with his business development activities and also with his management consulting services for many years to come, focusing particularly on establishing the feasibility requirement variables in connection with workable productivity enhancement frameworks for clients and in simplifying the implementation & coordination procedures for business & financial growth development pursuits, no matter what type or size of business is involved.

In tune with such aspects as education and experience, combined with ethics, as being the criteria of professionalism, Mr. Petri has always strived to conduct himself in an examplinary fashion, not only by maintaining high standards of professionalism, but also by continually expanding the boundaries of professionalism through consistent productivity, creativity, and proficiency, coupled with a keen sense of logic and common sense.

Mr. Petri's early education began in Eastern Europe, as the son of a renowned impresario and the foremost prima donna of the light operatta in both Eastern Europe and on the Hungarian circuit in the United States and Canada. Unlike his family, Mr. Petri did not pursue artistic endeavors past his childhood years, nor the business aspects of entertainment past his late teens. After his mid-level education in the USA on the East Coast, Mr. Petri's early exposure to business was connected with entertainment and theatrical production, from which he went on to other fields beginning in the late 1960's. His earlier pursuits of higher education was in conjunction with his business activities and working "on the job", beginning in marketing & sales and then in business & real estate investments and later in business management. He expanded his formal education through University Extension courses and trade schools on the West Coast during the late 60's, early 70's and later in the mid 90's. He has also conducted extensive personal studies in a wide variety of subjects through the years, including business & financial management, real estate, finance, contracts & torts, accounting, marketing & sales, and stock brokerage and investments, among other subjects. Although Mr. Petri has studied a wide variety of business & financial management subjects through the years, including having successfullly completed the NASD Stockbroker's General Representative Series 7 and General Principal Series 24 courses, his conscientious studies were not general attempts at earning higher degrees in education, but were rather connected with furthering his professional career and business & financial consulting activities at certain points. Subsequently, within his first ten years of running major business operations, it was the wide scope & depth of knowledge developed through his extensive "practical experience" that has undoubtedly earned Mr. Petri the equivalent of a masters degree in business, but considering his broad range of experience and expertise developed over the past three decades, he has since then earned more like the equivalent of a doctorate in business development & management. As a culmination of that experience, Mr. Petri has completed writing his book on "The In's & Out's in Business Opportunities" in 1997 and in 1998 he also completed this book on "The Ways & Means of Operations and Business Growth Development". Indicative of having often been referred to as a business architect and a business development specialist in the course of his professional career, Mr. Petri intends to continue to formularize & structure the ways & means for successful progressive business development, not only for his multi-faceted organization, but also in connection with the sales & operational activities and overall growth development needs & objectives of business clients.

On a personal level, Mr. Petri has enjoyed relatively all manner of life styles and is somewhat of a world traveler. He has engaged in all manner of social activities & events to date, not only private and charitable, but also corporate and political, and has been socially involved through the years at most levels. He has also been a member of various charitable organizations through the years as listed in Who's Who in California/1983 and in the 1974 and other 70's publications of The Los Angeles Blue Book and in The Palms Springs Personages. From an abstract point of view, with a touch of semantics, Mr. Petri can be described as a man who can easily relate to most anyone's personal or business problem, objective, or position, since, in a phrase, he's a man who has worn most of the "hats" and filled most of the "shoes" in the course of his personal pursuits and business endeavors. To Mr. Petri, such paraphrasing simply means that "the hats" should always be "worn with style", and "the shoes" should always be "filled with solidarity". He's always been determined to meet new challenges head on and he always insists on handling matters productively in whatever the role is before him. From a personal stand point, Mr. Petri innately exhibits a dynamic presence and has tremendous strength of character, but personally, he attributes his obvious creativity and sound logic, coupled with his relentless desire to always demonstrate & achieve higher degrees of productivity, as the virtues that have propelled his overall accomplishments to date. His keen sense of logic and determination will undoubtedly continue to propel his efforts to always maintain high levels of productivity in the course of his future business and service activities.
